HOUSEKEEPING ATTENDENT

As a valued member of our hotel team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. You’ll work collaboratively with fellow team members to meet guests’ needs and uphold the hotel’s standards of quality and hospitality.

We are currently hiring for multiple positions, including Front Desk, Housekeeping, and General Support Staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Roles:

• Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.

• Manage reservations, payments, and guest inquiries in person, online, and by phone.

• Provide accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.

• Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Housekeeping Roles:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.

• Replenish linens, towels, and guest supplies as needed.

• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management.

• Follow all cleaning and sanitation protocols to ensure guest comfort and safety.

General Support Roles (as needed):

• Assist with luggage handling, room setup, or event support.

• Maintain cleanliness in back-of-house and common areas.

• Support other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus (training provided).

• Friendly, professional, and guest-oriented attitude.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and service excellence.
