Description
Hotel Staff play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring smooth daily operations across various departments. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and general inquiries.
Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to guest needs and requests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in guest areas, including rooms, lobbies, and public spaces (for housekeeping positions).
Assist with food and beverage service in restaurants, lounges, or room service (for F&B roles).
Support front desk operations, reservations, and guest communication.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and hygiene standards.
Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or guest concerns to the supervisor.
Help with event setups, luggage handling, or other tasks based on operational needs.
