No matter your role, there are a few essential things you need to do – make sure the workplace is safe, follow the rules, keep things private, take care of company stuff, maintain quality, and look and act professionally. Guest Experience Experts need to be active and able to move around a lot, including going up and down stairs. They also need to be hands-on with their work, like lifting and moving things. Doing all these things well is essential for Guest Experience Experts so we can make sure our guests are happy and our business does well.
