This pivotal full-time role is essential for supporting the company's business expansion and involves working with a diverse range of pharmaceutical products, including GSL items and consumables. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in preparing documentation for government and private tender submissions, managing import permit applications, and ensuring strict compliance with all regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities also include fostering seamless communication and coordination with suppliers, distributors, and various government entities to secure necessary approvals and documentation, alongside maintaining meticulous records for inventory and supply chain operations. HealthDeck offers a high-growth opportunity with significant exposure to pharmaceutical operations, tenders, and permits in a collaborative and dynamic work environment. A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy is required, and while 1-3 years of experience in a hospital, distribution company, or large pharmacy is preferred, fresh graduates eager to learn and grow are strongly encouraged to apply. Proficiency in English (written and verbal) and strong computer skills, particularly in MS Excel and Word, are essential.
