  • Monitor hotel financial performance including Occupancy, ADR, and Turnover.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly profitability reports and compare against budgets.
  • Conduct financial audits and ensure compliance with Hotel Management Agreements (HMA).
  • Manage banking activities, including reconciliations and fund transfers.
  • Review and validate annual budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditure plans.
  • Evaluate major agreements, contracts, and leases for commercial viability.
  • Oversee revenue controls, sales transactions, and the accuracy of financial records.
  • Organize performance review meetings and benchmark hotel performance against competitors.
  • Identify and resolve financial and operational variances, driving corrective actions and improving internal controls.
