ADNOC Sour Gas, a leading diversified energy group based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a highly experienced Team Leader for Shift Operations in Area 1 (SRU/AGRU/Redzone). This pivotal role involves providing expert guidance and written instructions to operations staff to resolve complex operating challenges and optimize plant conditions through rigorous data acquisition and analysis, ensuring maximum reliability and efficiency. The successful candidate will be instrumental in reviewing and developing robust operating procedures for existing plants and new modifications, ensuring safe start-ups and seamless integration with other teams. A strong focus on process safety elements, integrity compliance, and environmental requirements is essential, along with the development of operating windows for critical equipment to maintain optimal safety and efficiency.   • Lead shift operations in Area 1 (SRU/AGRU/Redzone)
  • Provide operational guidance and problem-solving support
  • Develop and review operating procedures for safety and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with process safety and environmental standards
  • Participate in HAZOP, SIL, and other risk assessment studies
  • Monitor plant performance against production targets and operating envelopes
  • Interface with Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Production Planning
  • Actively involved in shutdown planning and project commissioning
  • Review reliability efforts and contribute to improvement programs
  • Analyze and report on abnormalities and alarm management systems
