Description
Fletcher Piccolo Associates DMCC is seeking an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Dubai, UAE. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of experience, ideally with a main contractor in the UAE, and a strong background in high-rise commercial, residential, mixed-use, or hospitality projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing MEP cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities, evaluating variation orders, reviewing tender documents, monitoring project costs, and managing subcontractor accounts. A solid understanding of MEP systems, materials, installation methods, and UAE authority regulations is essential. - Prepare and manage MEP cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Evaluate and price Variation Orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents for accurate cost planning.
- Monitor project costs and provide regular financial reports to senior management.
- Manage subcontractor valuations, payments, and final accounts.
- Ensure compliance with UAE authority regulations and project requirements.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and project standards.
- Requires 5-10 years of experience as an MEP Quantity Surveyor with UAE contractor experience.
- Must have strong experience in high-rise commercial, residential, mixed-use, or hospitality projects.
