Al-Futtaim Automotive, a leading division of the Al-Futtaim Group, is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Executive to join their dynamic Operations team at Honda in Dubai. This pivotal role serves as a crucial support link, ensuring the seamless execution of daily operations and effective back-office coordination across various departments including Sales, Finance, and Procurement. The Administrative Executive will be instrumental in maintaining data accuracy, resolving operational queries, and supporting system enhancements through participation in User Acceptance Testing. We are looking for an individual with a Bachelor’s degree preference and at least two years of experience in administrative or operations support, ideally within the automotive sector. - Support key business functions by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and back-office coordination.
- Maintain accurate sales operational data, including discount and lease deal conditions.
- Investigate and resolve invoice and sales-order matching issues for accurate billing.
- Assist with collections and account reconciliation activities, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system and process updates, raising and tracking defects.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to manage requests and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ensure operational Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
- Requires at least 2 years of experience in administrative, operations, or business support roles.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; familiarity with SAP/Ariba and CRM tools is advantageous.
