Description
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service
Scan, price, and process purchases accurately at the cash register
Handle cash, credit/debit card, and digital payments securely
Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges as per store policies
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked checkout area
Assist customers with inquiries, product locations, and basic support
Ensure accurate cash reconciliation at the end of each shift
Follow store procedures to prevent loss and ensure security
Coordinate with store staff to manage queues and customer flow
Report any issues with POS systems or equipment to supervisors
