Account Manager

This position requires a high level of professionalism and a strong focus on delivering exceptional client engagements. The role involves managing, executing, and reporting on assignments across our service portfolio while meeting client expectations, budgets, and delivery timelines.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily tasks and review engagement deliverables.

• Provide a range of accounting services to business clients.

• Prepare, post, and review journal entries.

• Process payroll and file periodic tax returns.

• Prepare or review financial reports and other engagement outputs.

• Manage advisory projects and other client engagements from start to finish.

Requirements & Skills

• Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in accounting and payroll.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Arabic language skills are an advantage.

• Solid problem-solving abilities and a consultative approach.

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Word and Excel); training provided as needed.

• Self-starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong project and engagement management skills with a focus on deadlines.

• Experience working with clients across diverse industries.

• Highly motivated, driven, and committed to success.

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Detail-oriented and well-organized.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required; professional qualifications strongly preferred.
