Description

New job vacancy as a Pastry Sous Chef in Dubai. As a Pastry Sous Chef at La Mar, you'll be the second in command in the pastry section. Your main job is to help manage and organize the kitchen team to make sure we always serve top-quality pastries that wow our guests. You'll make sure everyone follows safety rules and our standard ways of doing things set by the Executive Chef.

About You:
To be perfect for this job, you should have a Diploma in Catering and at least 3 years of experience making pastries professionally. It'd be great if you also know about Nikkei cuisines or a similar kind of cooking. You must have worked in a fancy hotel before and have some leadership experience.
