About the Job:

We're looking for Waiters/Waitresses to join our Food & Beverage Department at Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island Resort. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Providing guests with an enjoyable dining experience.
- Anticipating and fulfilling guests' needs.
- Serving and clearing food and beverages professionally.
- Familiarizing yourself with menu items and specials.
- Using the hotel's computer system for sales transactions.
- Assisting with table setup and maintenance.
- Handling guest complaints and emergencies promptly and effectively.
- Following all hotel policies and procedures.
- Performing other tasks as assigned by management.

About you:

The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience working in a fast-paced, multicultural, 5-star hotel environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle large volumes of guests.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
