About the Job:

They're looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join the culinary team at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab. Responsibilities include assisting the Chef de Cuisine/Sous Chef in supervising kitchen staff, participating in menu planning, maintaining high cooking standards, scheduling shifts, and ensuring cleanliness in the kitchen.

About You:

The ideal candidate should have at least five years of experience as a Chef de Partie, including at least one year in a similar position in an international five-star hotel. They should embody honesty, integrity, authenticity, and commitment.
