About the Job:

They're looking for an F&B Marketing Manager at Jumeirah Al Naseem Hotel, Madinat Jumeirah Resort. The role involves managing day-to-day F&B marketing, campaign planning, digital marketing, PR, and partnerships for the hotel's restaurants.

Responsibilities include overseeing external communications, strategic planning, media relations, content creation, influencer management, partnerships/sponsorships, creative promotion, collaboration with F&B Operations, agency liaison, performance measurement, crisis management, social media strategy, and team development.

About You:

The ideal candidate should have:

A bachelor’s and master’s degree in marketing, PR, or equivalent.
4 to 5 years of PR, marketing, and F&B marketing experience, preferably in international hospitality.
Experience in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, with a track record of exceeding KPIs.
Good media contacts and understanding of luxury hospitality PR practices.
Excellent communication skills, social media savvy, and understanding of hotel operations.
