About the Job:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Technician to join the Engineering Department at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. In this role, your main responsibilities will include:

Understanding and addressing equipment complaints and issues, performing repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.
Responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and resolving complaints efficiently.
Completing work orders and other assigned tasks in a timely manner.
Maintaining logs of work performed and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Ensuring cleanliness and safety in work areas and being prepared for service.
Attending training sessions and meetings regularly.
Any other duties as requested by management.
About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

At least 2 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably in luxury hospitality.
A high school diploma or equivalent, along with a vocational certificate in Engineering.
Knowledge of work order systems and high-rise building systems.
Basic computer literacy.
