About the Job:

They're looking for a Sales Manager to join the Sales & Marketing Team at Jumeirah Beach Hotel.

Responsibilities include achieving revenue targets across various segments, fostering business relationships, and identifying new opportunities. This role requires proactive networking and a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.

Main Responsibilities:

- Maintain client relationships and sell hotel services to meet revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential clients.
- Negotiate rates and services with clients.
- Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Attend industry events and network to promote the hotel.
- Track sales performance and prepare reports for management.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

- Strong communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales at a luxury hotel.
- Sales & Marketing degree.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems.
