About the Job:

They're looking for a Butler - Guest Relations at Jumeirah Al Naseem.

Main Responsibilities:

- Butlers are the main point of contact for guests, making sure their requests are met and communication with other departments is smooth.
- They welcome guests warmly and help with any needs or inquiries.
- They promote hotel facilities and upsell services.
- They maintain the privacy of guests and provide friendly service.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

- At least one year of experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel or luxury environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Flexibility to work according to hotel needs.
- Enthusiasm and initiative.
- Fluency in English, and knowledge of another language like Russian is a plus.
