About the Job:

Jumeirah Al Qasr is looking for a Guest Relations Manager to join their team. Here's what you'll be doing:

- Organize VIP arrivals and make sure their needs are met by assigning staff accordingly.
- Handle guest concerns and requests quickly to ensure they're happy.
- Supervise Guest Relations Executives and Team Leaders to make sure they do their tasks well.
- Build relationships with VIP guests, get to know their preferences, and give them personalized experiences.
- Help VIP guests with any special requests before and during their stay.
- Train the Guest Relations team and keep them skilled and efficient.
- Make sure there's enough staff in the lobby to welcome guests and provide assistance.
- Give information about hotel facilities and events, ensuring guests have a smooth experience.
- Evaluate the performance of Guest Relations staff regularly and give feedback for improvement.
- Enforce company standards and come up with strategies to meet hotel goals.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

- Good communication skills.
- Fluent in English and preferably another language like Russian, German, Arabic, or French.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in a five-star hotel.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Hot SOS, and Opera PMS.
- Leadership skills and experience managing teams effectively.
