Door Attendant

New job vacancy as a Door Attendant in Dubai. We have an exciting opening for a Door Attendant at Jumeirah Al Naseem. Here are the main responsibilities of the role:

- Greet all guests entering and leaving the hotel with a warm welcome.
- Open car doors for arriving and departing guests and greet them with a smile.
- Work with bell attendants to handle guests' luggage and deliver it to their rooms.
- Safely store luggage in the storeroom and keep it clean.
- Hail taxis for guests and assist them in getting seated.
- Accept and arrange delivery of packages, letters, or documents for guests.
- Assist with security matters to ensure guest safety.

Qualifications:

We're looking for someone with:

- Good communication and people skills.
- Previous experience as a Doorman or Bell Attendant.
- Ability to handle guest complaints effectively.
- Proficiency in English, and knowing another language, like Russian, is a plus.
