Senior Waiter/ Waitress

New job vacancy as a Senior Waiter/ Waitress in Dubai. We're hiring a Senior Waiter/Waitress to join our F&B team at Jumeirah Beach Hotel. Your main job is to welcome guests warmly, guide them to their tables, and help them with their food and beverage orders.

Your responsibilities include:

- Greeting guests and escorting them to their tables.
- Explaining menu items and ingredients to guests.
- Informing guests about daily specials or promotions.
- Checking IDs to ensure guests meet legal age requirements for alcohol.
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders and communicating them to the kitchen.
- Working with bartenders and kitchen staff to fulfill orders.
- Serving food and drinks to tables using proper techniques.

We're looking for someone who:

- Speaks English fluently, and knowing an additional language is a plus.
- Can communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
- Has at least 1 year of experience in a 5-star hotel.
- Can work well in a fast-paced environment.
