Description

New job vacancy as a Duty Manager in Dubai. We're looking for a Duty Manager to join our Front Office team at Jumeirah Al Qasr. Your main job is to oversee front office operations during overnight shifts to ensure everything runs smoothly and guests are happy.

Your responsibilities include:

- Representing hotel management during non-office hours.
- Making sure front office colleagues follow all policies and procedures.
- Managing the JI loyalty program and providing training.
- Attending daily briefings and meetings.
- Handling guest bookings if there are any issues.
- Keeping the lobby and entrance areas clean.
- Assisting team leaders with tasks like check-ins.
- Documenting important incidents and guest feedback.
- Checking and maintaining guest profiles and booking standards.
- Conducting performance appraisals and feedback sessions.

We're looking for someone who:

- Can communicate well and get along with others.
- Speaks English and preferably another language like Russian, Spanish, German, Arabic, or French.
- Has at least 1 year of experience as a Duty Manager or 2 years as a Team Leader in hospitality.
- Is comfortable using Microsoft Office, Opera PMS, and HotSoS.
