Assistant Outlet Manager

New job vacancy as a Assistant Outlet Manger in Dubai. We're looking for an Assistant Outlet Manager to join our team at Pierchic, a fantastic restaurant located in Jumeirah Al Qasr. Your main job is to ensure our guests have an amazing dining experience.

Your responsibilities include:

Operational:

- Making sure we have enough staff and that they're doing their jobs well.
- Training and coaching colleagues to improve their performance.
- Helping with marketing activities to attract more customers.
- Addressing any issues with quality promptly.
- Keeping colleagues informed about their duties through regular meetings.
- Helping to manage reservations and seating to maximize sales.
Administrational:

- Assisting with marketing plans.
- Keeping department records up to date.
- Managing various forms and reports related to the restaurant's operations.
About you:

We're looking for someone who:

- Can communicate well and get along with others.
- Speaks English and preferably another language like Russian, Italian, Spanish, German, or French.
- Has at least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Outlet Manager in a fine dining restaurant, preferably Italian or Mediterranean.
- Is good with computer programs like Microsoft Office and restaurant management systems.
