Description

To help customers with information about the bank's products and services, address their concerns, and handle their requests to ensure they are satisfied and the bank retains its customer base.

Accountabilities:

  1. Customer Support: Assist customers visiting the branch by providing accurate information about products and services and resolving any issues or complaints promptly.
  2. Administration: Keep customer and account information up-to-date in the bank's system and ensure timely processing of customer transactions.
  3. Policies, Processes, Systems, and Procedures: Follow all organizational and departmental policies and procedures to ensure services are delivered to the required standard.
  4. Self-Management: Adhere to the bank's people management policies to maximize personal contribution to business performance.
  5. Customer Service: Deliver the bank's service standards in all interactions with customers, both internal and external.

Skills:

- Minimum Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a financial institution.

- Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma.

- Knowledge and Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office.
