Description
New job vacancy as a teller in UAE. To handle daily cash transactions for customers at the counter, ensuring accuracy and adherence to service standards to minimize errors and operational risks while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Job Family: Business Operations and Support
Key Working Relationships:
- Line Manager: Provide updates and seek approvals for daily activities.
- Branch Colleagues: Offer support and assist in fulfilling customer requests.
- Internal Stakeholders: Provide assistance and support as needed.
Accountabilities:
Teller Counter Services:
- Perform cash transactions accurately and promptly as requested by customers, following bank policies and procedures.
Back Office Services:
- Execute back-office operations in compliance with bank standards, reporting any potential issues to mitigate risks.
Self-Management:
- Manage personal performance according to bank policies to maximize contribution to business performance.
Policies, Processes, Systems, and Procedures
- Adhere to all organizational and departmental policies, procedures, and instructions to ensure work is done correctly and consistently.
Customer Service:
- Deliver the bank’s expected service levels in all interactions with internal and external customers.
Skills:
Minimum Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in banking or finance.
Minimum Qualifications:
- University graduate or equivalent.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Familiarity with AML techniques.
- Proficiency in Arabic language.
- Understanding of branch security.
