Senior Analyst – Product Management

New job vacancy as a Senior Analyst-Product Management in Dubai. The main job is to help develop and manage products and services by providing support in product management, analysis, and reporting. This supports business growth according to the business plan.

Responsibilities:

1. Product Management Support:
- Verify and set up product requirements and update procedures based on guidance from Product Managers for new products.
- Assist Product Specialists and Managers by updating information promptly and accurately.
- Arrange meetings with key stakeholders to discuss and agree on new product requirements and changes.

2. Management Information, Analysis, and Reporting:
- Extract data and create reports on product performance for Product Managers.
- Review data, identify potential sales opportunities, and provide leads to the sales team.
- Gather competitor pricing and product details for analysis.

3. Policies, Processes, Systems, and Procedures:
- Follow organizational policies and procedures to ensure work is done correctly and consistently.

4. Self-Management:
- Manage oneself according to the bank's policies to maximize contribution to business performance.

5. Customer Service:
- Deliver the bank's service standards in all interactions with customers.

Skills:

Experience, Qualifications & Competencies:
- At least 4 years of banking experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong planning, analytical, and time management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
