Relationship Manager

New job vacancy as a Relationship manager in UAE. The main job is to build and expand the client base by finding selling opportunities and providing excellent service. Also, manage client relationships and improve the team's performance.

Responsibilities:

1. Relationship Management:
- Build and manage client relationships to meet their needs and achieve the bank's goals.
- Identify new clients and explain ADCB's services/products to expand the portfolio.

2. Client Interaction:
- Interact with clients daily and provide excellent service to enhance their experience and increase the bank's profits.

3. Continuous Improvement:
- Motivate the team to identify and implement improvement initiatives in line with the bank's standards.

Skills:
- At least 6 years of experience in relationship management in the banking/financial services industry.
- Knowledge of banking operations and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Strong planning, analytical, and time management skills.
- Understanding of global financial markets and wealth management products.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build partnerships.
- Ability to develop clear partnership strategies and manage portfolios effectively.
