Description
New job vacancy as a employee service specialist in UAE. The main job is to handle employee services and benefits according to ADCB’s rules and regulations, making sure everything is done correctly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
1. Process Employee Benefits:
- Manage employee benefits like health insurance, loans, leave, and airfare.
- Handle UAE national social allowance and pension matters.
2. Handle Employee Transactions:
- Process end-of-service benefits, salary requests, and employment certificates promptly.
3. Update HR Systems:
- Keep the HRMS system updated with employee details and maintain accurate payroll records.
4. Provide Reports and Documentation:
- Prepare reports and documents related to employee services accurately and on time.
- Create HR reports and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed by management.
5. Follow Policies and Procedures:
- Follow all organizational and departmental rules and instructions to maintain quality service.
6. Self-Management:
- Follow the bank’s people management policies to contribute effectively to business performance.
7. Customer Service:
- Provide excellent service to both internal and external customers.
Skills, Experience, Qualifications & Competencies:
Minimum Experience:
- At least 3 years of similar job experience.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Human Resources.
