Senior Relationship Manager

New job vacancy as a Senior Relationship Manager in Dubai. To find and keep clients happy by finding new opportunities to sell them products and services, and making sure their needs are met, helping the company grow according to the plan.

Accountabilities:

1. Getting New Clients:
- Find new clients and help them with their financial needs, making sure to fill out paperwork accurately and get their accounts set up smoothly, meeting goals and making good business deals.

2. Taking Care of Existing Clients:
- Offer current clients new ways to do banking and extra services to increase how much they use our services and grow their accounts.

3. Building Relationships:
- Keep track of what our clients need and make sure we meet those needs, solving any problems quickly, so they keep using our services for a long time.

4. Managing Risks:
- Visit clients to understand their financial situation and report any changes to our bosses, so we can take action if needed.

5. Following Rules:
- Follow all the rules and procedures set by the company to do our work well and give good service to clients.

6. Managing Yourself:
- Follow company policies and procedures to do your job well and help the company succeed.

7. Customer Service:
- Show clients we care about them and give them good service every time we interact with them, both inside and outside the company.

Skills, Experience, Qualifications & Competencies:

- At least 7 years of experience in banking, managing relationships with clients and their accounts.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
- Understanding of Balance Sheets and Financial Ratios.
