Description

New job vacancy as a Sous Chef in Dubai. As a kitchen supervisor, your main job is to oversee the cooks and kitchen staff and make sure everything runs smoothly. Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cooks and other kitchen workers.
  • Decide how food should be presented and create nice-looking displays.
  • Make sure the food portions are right and arranged nicely on the plates.
  • Keep an eye on how much food is being prepared so we don't waste any.
  • Let the servers know about any special menu items or if we run out of something.
  • Help out the cooks and kitchen staff with different tasks.
  • Make sure the kitchen has all the supplies and food it needs.
  • Keep records to make sure our food is safe and meets quality standards.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Help with hiring, training, and scheduling kitchen staff.
  • Follow company rules and safety procedures.
  • Keep your uniform clean and look professional.
