Senior Specialist – Product Implementation

Job Description

Your job is to make sure that all the cool banking products we sell to our business customers actually work for them. Here's what you'll be doing:

1. Setting Up Products: You'll be like a project manager, making sure that when we sell a product to a customer, everything is set up correctly so they can use it smoothly.

2. Helping Customers Test: You'll help customers test out the products we've sold them, making sure everything works as it should. If there are any problems, you'll help fix them.

3. Supporting Customers: If our customers or their relationship managers have any issues with the products, you'll be there to help sort things out, working closely with our operations teams.

4. Following Rules and Procedures: You'll make sure to follow all the rules and guidelines set by the company, so our work is consistent and meets the standards expected by our customers and stakeholders.

5. Managing Yourself: You'll make sure you're doing your job well, following all the company's policies and procedures to contribute your best to the company's success.

6. Customer Service: You'll always treat our customers well, both inside and outside the bank, making sure they get the help they need and following our service standards.

Skills and Experience:

- You should have at least 5 years of experience in corporate banking and know a bit about transaction banking, operations, systems, and products.
- You should have worked for at least 3 years in managing product implementations or helping customers with technology services.
