Description

Responsibilities:

1. Acquiring New Clients
- Bring in new clients and handle financial analysis for accurate credit applications.
- Meet targets and ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.

2. Managing Portfolios
- Offer existing clients new solutions and services to increase transactions and portfolio growth.

3. Building Relationships
- Understand and meet clients' needs, resolve complaints promptly, and maintain long-term relationships.

4. Managing Risk
- Visit clients, assess risk profiles, and report any changes to authorities for necessary action.

5. Adhering to Policies and Procedures
- Follow all organizational policies and procedures to maintain consistency and quality of service.

6. Self-Management
- Adhere to bank's management policies and practices to maximize personal contribution to business performance.

7. Customer Service
- Provide excellent service to both internal and external customers, following the bank's service standards.
