Cluster Reservation Agent

New job vacancy in Dubai as a reservation agent. As a reservation agent, your job is to handle all booking requests, changes, and cancellations that come in by phone, fax, or mail. You'll figure out what kind of room each guest needs and make sure it's available. You'll explain our policies on reservations, rates, and cancellations to callers and note any special requests they have. If guests have questions about our facilities or rooms, you'll help them out. Your goal is to use good sales tactics to make sure we're making as much money as possible. You'll use our reservation system to input and find information about bookings. You'll also make sure to use the right codes and rates for different types of reservations, like employee discounts or free rooms. If guests have any problems, you'll follow the right steps to help them out.

In your role, it's important to follow all company rules, keep yourself looking professional, and keep guest information private. You'll welcome guests warmly, help them with whatever they need, and thank them sincerely. When talking to others, use clear and polite language, and answer the phone properly. Work well with your team, listen to their concerns, and help each other out. Make sure to meet our quality standards, and be able to lift light objects.
