Description

New job vacancy in Dubai as a Cluster Senior Sales Manager.  As a part of the sales team, you'll be responsible for finding and managing big group and catering opportunities that could bring in a lot of money. You'll work to get as much business as possible and meet revenue goals. You'll also make sure everything is handed over smoothly for the event to run well. Your main focus is on giving great service to customers to keep them coming back and spending more money with us.

Candidate Profile:

Education and Experience:

- High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of experience in sales, guest services, or related fields.
- Or, a 2-year degree in Business, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field, with no work experience needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Understanding Market Opportunities & Increasing Revenue:

- You'll go after group and catering accounts to bring in more business.
- You'll work closely with the catering team to manage opportunities.
- When the property doesn't have a central booking center, you'll handle all inquiries.
- You'll look for new business and come up with plans to sell to them.
- You'll focus on accounts that could bring in a lot of money.
- You'll try to sell more by offering special packages and food and drink options.
- You'll know our competition and market trends to sell better.
- You'll negotiate deals and close contracts.

Providing Great Customer Service:

- You'll handle big, important customers and meet their expectations.
- You'll build relationships with existing and new customers to get more bookings.
- You'll connect with the local community to get more business.
- Your aim is to give excellent service to keep customers happy and coming back.
- You'll know what our customers want and offer them the best solutions.
- You'll make sure our customers are happy before and during their events.
- You'll understand our customers' needs and offer the right services to meet them.

Building Strong Relationships:

- You'll work with other sales channels to make sure our efforts are coordinated.
- You'll build relationships with important people both inside and outside the company.
- You'll use support staff to help with sales.

Additional Responsibilities:

- You'll use company resources to get information.
- You'll visit locations for events.
- You'll create contracts when needed.
- You'll help with the operational side of events, like writing proposals and contracts.
