Request more supplies or equipment when needed. Check that work areas and equipment meet company standards. Tell the Engineering team if anything in the spa/salon needs fixing.

Assist management with hiring, training, and motivating employees. Report any accidents or unsafe conditions to the manager. Follow company rules, keep your appearance neat, and respect guests' privacy. Welcome guests warmly, help them with anything they need, and thank them sincerely. Speak clearly and politely, and write things down accurately. Work well with others and help the team meet its goals. Make sure our services meet quality standards and suggest ways to improve if needed. Be able to stand, sit, walk, and lift light objects. Do any other tasks your supervisor asks you to do.
