2. Open and serve wine/champagne bottles.
3. Keep the bar area clean and organized, including tables and tools.
4. Cut up fresh garnishes for drinks.
5. Keep supplies like ice, glasses, and paper stocked.
6. Bring supplies to the bar area.
7. Wash dirty glasses.
8. Take away dirty dishes and glasses and put them in the right place.
9. Let others know if anything needs restocking.
10. Handle payments from customers.
11. Count the money in the cash register at the end of your shift, fill out reports, and fix any mistakes.
12. Lock up the alcohol and storage areas securely.
13. Finish up tasks to close the bar.

Follow the company's safety rules, report any accidents or problems, and do any required safety training. Keep yourself and your appearance clean and neat, and keep company information private. Greet customers warmly, help them with anything they need, and thank them sincerely. Speak clearly and politely to others. Get along well with your coworkers, help each other, and listen to any concerns they have. Make sure your work meets quality standards. Be able to read and understand different types of information. Be able to stand, sit, walk, and lift things up to 50 pounds. Be able to move around in tight or tricky spaces, and reach for things above or below you. And be willing to do other tasks your supervisor asks you to do.
