Description

Prepare special meals or change items if needed. Ensure ovens, grills, and other cooking equipment are at the right temperature. Take food out of the freezer to thaw in the fridge. Arrange food nicely on plates and add garnishes. Please track how much food we have and how it's being used. Check that the food we make looks and tastes good. Ask for help if it's hectic. Tell the Chef if we have extra food for unique dishes. Tell the serving staff about special menu items or if we run out of something. Please ensure the food we serve is high quality and made correctly, following recipes and standards. Also, make cold dishes.

Help managers with hiring, training, and managing staff. Follow all the rules about safety and how we do things. Keep yourself clean and professional-looking, and don't share secrets about the company. Help guests with whatever they need. Talk politely to everyone. Get along with your coworkers and help each other out. Make sure we're doing our work well. Be able to stand, sit, or walk for a long time. Reach for things high up or low down and bend, twist, or stoop as needed. Lift things that weigh up to 25 pounds by yourself. Do any other reasonable tasks your boss asks you to do.
