Supervisor-Stewards

Help Stewards clean up faster and better. Check water and cleaning chemical levels and record them. Assist with setting up plates for banquets. Help kitchen staff with different tasks as needed. Get things cooks need. Helped with banquet and buffet by moving and ensuring we had enough supplies. Put cleaned items back where they belong. Use and take care of cleaning equipment like dishwashers and trash compactors.

Help manage staff by hiring, training, and scheduling. Follow company rules and safety guidelines. Report any accidents or unsafe conditions to the manager. Keep yourself clean and dressed nicely. Be polite and helpful to guests. Talk clearly and generously to others. Get along with coworkers and help each other. Make sure we meet quality standards. Lift and move things up to 50 pounds. Stand, sit, or walk for a long time. Bend, twist, and reach to get things. Work safely, even on slippery surfaces. Do other tasks as needed by supervisors.
