Kerzner International, which owns One&Only, is growing globally, and we have an excellent opportunity for a Demi Chef de Partie to join the team at The One&Only The Palm Hotel in Dubai.

As a Demi Chef de Partie, your role is more than just cooking. You'll ensure our dishes meet the brand's standards and maintain strict rules and responsibilities. You'll communicate important information to your supervisor, follow food safety standards, and handle guest requests carefully. You'll also maintain high personal hygiene standards and help lead the team in your area.

You'll report directly to the Chef de Cuisine and need at least 1-2 years of experience in luxury hospitality or five-star hotels. Attention to detail, flexibility, creativity, and the ability to work under pressure are essential. Excellent communication skills in English (and another language is a plus) and experience in the Middle East/GCC are advantages.
