About the Job:

As an F&B Operational Trainer, you'll work with the Director of Food and Beverage, the Executive Chef, and the rest of the F&B team to create and manage training programs for our food and beverage division.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Help plan and manage training before the resort opens
- Work with departmental trainers to provide regular training for all departments
- Promote and inform employees about training programs
- Lead by example in customer service and hospitality
- Ensure colleagues understand and meet guest expectations
- Meet regularly with departmental trainers to support training efforts
- Identify areas for improvement based on guest feedback and data
- Align training programs with the organization's goals and vision
- Identify and address performance gaps
- Manage the training budget
- Any other tasks assigned

About You:

- At least five years of experience in training in a luxury hotel
- Experience creating training content preferred
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail is important
- Ability to work well with others and manage a team

You'll be responsible for training our staff to provide excellent service and meet guest expectations at our new resort in Dubai. You should have experience in training, good communication skills, and the ability to work well with others.
