The Royal Tearoom, located in Atlantis The Royal Dubai, is a classy tea room offering light snacks, refreshments, and luxury afternoon tea in collaboration with Pastry Chef Christophe Deville. Our pastry chef has traveled the world to find the finest and rarest ingredients to create delights that must be tasted to be believed.

About the Role:
As a Chef de Cuisine, you'll manage and organize all kitchen requirements to the highest standards, following standard operating procedures. You'll ensure proper hygiene and sanitation, maintain adequate materials stocks, coordinate with other departments, and provide training. You'll also be accountable for kitchen equipment and inventory levels while keeping food costs in check. Ensuring service standards are met, motivating staff, and gathering guest feedback are also part of your responsibilities.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Catering or five years of experience in a 5-star international chain, including at least two years in a similar position or higher.
