Description

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, both in person and over the phone. Your role is crucial in creating a positive and professional impression of the company. In addition to managing incoming calls, you will handle various administrative tasks to contribute to the smooth operation of the office.

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
  3. Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  4. Provide information to visitors and clients about the company, products, or services.
  5. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  6. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meeting rooms.
  7. Assist in the coordination of meetings and events.
  8. Perform basic administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  9. Maintain office security by following procedures and monitoring the entrance.
  10. Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless operations.
