Description
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, both in person and over the phone. Your role is crucial in creating a positive and professional impression of the company. In addition to managing incoming calls, you will handle various administrative tasks to contribute to the smooth operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Provide information to visitors and clients about the company, products, or services.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meeting rooms.
- Assist in the coordination of meetings and events.
- Perform basic administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Maintain office security by following procedures and monitoring the entrance.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless operations.
