As a Warehouse Picker and Packer, you will play a crucial role in our logistics and fulfillment operations. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately and efficiently pick and pack orders for shipment. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Picking:

   • Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
   • Use handheld scanners and other tools to ensure precise order fulfillment.

2. Packing:

   • Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring products are protected during transit.
   • Label packages with the correct shipping information.

3. Quality Control:

   • Conduct quality checks on products before packing to ensure they meet our standards.
   • Report any discrepancies or damaged items to the supervisor.

4. Inventory Management:

   • Assist in keeping track of inventory levels.
   • Communicate any low stock or replenishment needs to the warehouse manager.

5. Safety and Compliance:

   • Adhere to safety guidelines and warehouse procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
   • Follow all company policies and regulations related to warehouse operations.
