Cashier

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cashier. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing transactions accurately, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized cashier area.

Responsibilities:

1. Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash transactions, including receiving payments, giving change, and processing refunds.
2. Point of Sale (POS) Operation: Operate electronic cash registers and other equipment to process transactions efficiently.

4. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about products or services to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
5. Transaction Records: Maintain accurate records of transactions and balance cash drawer at the end of each shift.
6. Assist with Inventory: Collaborate with the inventory team to monitor stock levels and alert management to low inventory.
7. Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the cashier area clean and organized, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
8. Adhere to Policies: Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, customer interactions, and security measures.
