We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Waitress. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:

   • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner.
   • Provide excellent customer service throughout the dining experience.
   • Assist guests in making menu selections and answer any questions about the menu.

2. Order Taking:

   • Take accurate and detailed orders from customers.
   • Ensure that special dietary needs or requests are communicated to the kitchen staff.
   • Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of food to tables.

3. Table Service:

   • Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
   • Monitor tables for customer needs and ensure a consistently high level of service.
   • Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.

4. Team Collaboration:

   • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
   • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
   • Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure a positive working environment.

5. Upselling:

   • Recommend additional items such as appetizers, desserts, or special promotions.
   • Upsell beverages and encourage guests to try new menu items.

6. Cash Handling:

   • Process customer payments accurately.
   • Handle cash and credit card transactions and provide correct change.
