AC Technician

As an AC Technician at our Company, you will play a vital role in ensuring the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems are carried out efficiently and effectively. You will work directly with clients to diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and ensure their HVAC systems operate at peak performance. Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning and cooling systems.
• Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure proper system operation.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
• Replace or repair defective components, parts, or wiring.
• Conduct refrigerant handling and recovery tasks in compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical support for customer inquiries and estimates.
• Keep accurate records of service calls, maintenance activities, and parts used.
• Educate customers on proper system usage and maintenance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergency service calls.
