2. Safety: Monitor passenger behavior during the journey and ensure compliance with safety regulations, such as seatbelt usage. Instruct passengers on emergency procedures when needed.
3. Accessibility: Assist passengers with disabilities, including those using wheelchairs or mobility aids, to board and disembark from the bus safely.
4. Route Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of bus routes, stops, and schedules to answer passenger inquiries accurately.
5. Communication: Communicate effectively with the bus driver and other team members to coordinate passenger boarding and ensure the bus remains on schedule.
6. Cleanliness: Help maintain a clean and organized bus interior, including monitoring passenger litter and reporting any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
7. Customer Service: Address passenger concerns, provide information on lost items, and handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and courteously.
