Life guard

As a Lifeguard at, your primary responsibility is to ensure the safety of swimmers and guests by preventing accidents and responding swiftly and effectively to emergencies. Your duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Surveillance: Maintain constant vigilance over the swimming area to prevent accidents, enforce pool rules, and identify potential hazards.
2. Rescue Operations: Be prepared to respond to emergencies, including rescuing swimmers in distress, performing CPR or first aid, and using appropriate rescue equipment as necessary.
3. Preventative Measures: Enforce safety rules and regulations, such as no running, diving in shallow areas, or horseplay, to prevent accidents.
4. Public Relations: Interact professionally and courteously with guests/members, providing assistance, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
5. Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all lifeguard equipment, such as rescue tubes, life jackets, and first aid kits, are in good working order and readily accessible.
6. Communication: Maintain effective communication with other lifeguards and facility staff, coordinating efforts to respond to incidents or emergencies.
7. Training and Certification: Stay up-to-date with lifeguard training, CPR certification, and water safety techniques through regular training sessions and re-certification as required.
8. Cleaning and Maintenance: Assist in maintaining a clean and organized pool area, including pool deck and restrooms.
