Watchman

As a Watchman at, your primary responsibility will be to safeguard our property and personnel. You will be responsible for maintaining a watchful eye on the premises to prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other security breaches. Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Security Patrol: Conduct regular patrols of the premises on foot or by vehicle, ensuring that all areas are secure and safe.
2. Access Control: Monitor entry and exit points, checking identification and ensuring that only authorized personnel or visitors gain access.
3. Surveillance: Operate surveillance equipment such as CCTV cameras and alarms, reporting any suspicious activities or incidents immediately.
4. Emergency Response: Act swiftly and appropriately in case of emergencies, including fires, medical incidents, or security breaches, and assist in coordinating the response.
5. Reporting: Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and any irregularities, and report them to the appropriate authorities or supervisors.
6. Customer Service: Interact professionally and courteously with residents/employees/customers and provide assistance when needed.
7. Lock and Unlock: Secure and unlock premises at designated times, ensuring the safety and security of the facility.
8. Security Procedures: Follow established security protocols and guidelines to ensure the safety and security of the property and its occupants.
