About ENOC Company

ENOC started in 1993 as a part of Dubai’s government through the Dubai Investment Corporation. In 1999, they built their first oil refinery, which was quite expensive, costing around 1.5 billion dirhams. This refinery could produce a lot of oil daily, about 120,000 barrels.
