1. Find New Customers

• Identify potential customers for credit cards and loans
• Approach people through calls, meetings, or field visits

2. Promote Bank Products

• Explain benefits of credit cards and loans (personal loan, auto loan, etc.)
• Guide customers on offers, interest rates, and repayment options

3. Sales Target Achievement

• Meet monthly or weekly sales targets set by the bank
• Track personal sales performance

4. Customer Application Processing

• Help customers fill out application forms
• Collect required documents (ID, salary certificate, bank statement, etc.)

5. Verify Customer Eligibility

• Check customer income and documents before submitting the application
• Ensure information is accurate to avoid rejection

6. Build Customer Relationships

• Maintain good relationships with existing clients
